Descripcion

Tropentag is an annual international conference on research in tropical and subtropical agriculture, natural resource management and rural development.
The theme of the Tropentag 2024, ’Explore opportunities … for managing natural resources and a better life for all’, is not just a theme but a call to action.
Tropentag 2024 will focus on current topics relating to rural development, sustainable resource management and global poverty reduction. These include the transformation in agriculture and food systems, food sovereignty, climate change adaptation,
environmental protection, social and technological innovations, especially for the implementation of the SDGs, and gender-based structural inequalities in natural resource management.
