Sven Bergmann – Author profile

Sven Bergmann, born 1977 in Aschaffenburg, studied chemical process engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt am Main and graduated in 2005 with the diploma degree Dipl.-Ing. (FH). For his studies he was awarded by the Gesellschaft für technische Weiterbildung (GftW). From 2005 till 2008, Sven Bergmann worked as process engineer at Siemens AG in the fields of process technology and process control. Afterwards he accepted a research assistant position for the Institute of Biochemical Engineering at the Technische Universität Braunschweig, where he started his PhD thesis in 2009. The present work summarizes the results of the scientific studies funded by BMBF and DFG.
