Maliha Gul Aftab – Author profile

Maliha G. Aftab went to school in Pakistan. She got her Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from University of Karachi, Pakistan. There she worked as a junior researcher for two years at the International Center for chemical and biological sciences, Karachi. There she was a part of various projects upon microbial transformations of specific chemical compounds and synthesis of some novel compounds. Afterwards, she gained her Master’s degree in Sustainable International Agriculture at the Georg-August University, Göttingen. Then she joined the department of Urban Plant Ecophysiology, Faculty of Life Sciences, Humboldt University, Berlin and worked for about five years to gain her PhD degree.
