Carlos A. Padilla Bravo developed his studies of Agronomy at the University of Talca, Chile. Afterwards, he obtained a Master in agricultural science with focus on international agribusiness at the Georg-August-University of Goettingen, Germany 2005. Between 2005 and 2009 he worked as research assistant at the University of Talca, Chile, performing research and lectures in food marketing, and project management activities. In October 2009 he began his PhD at the Georg-August-University of Goettingen. His research orientation has been focused on consumer behaviour, food specialties, organic food, and certification schemes.
