Anna Karadencheva, PhD, is an academic lecturer at the Department of Management and Operation of the Maritime Transport at Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Bulgaria. Her scholarly and teaching work focuses on organisational behaviour, leadership, and the development of soft skills in the maritime domain, including the Navy.
Dr. Karadencheva holds two Master’s degrees in Public Communications and Psychological Counselling and has authored original socio-psychological training programmes and academic publications on organisational behaviour and leadership in the maritime sector.
She is a member of the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (Leuven, Belgium), Women in International Security (Washington, D.C., USA), and the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria (Sofia, Bulgaria).
