Is planning a road to freedom or to slavery?
Planning is the precondition for future-oriented action and thus also the precondition for politics. Ideas and belief are today increasingly being replaced by rational planning linkages. For example, the ever more common computer simulations presuppose predetermined data or require that the data be determined.
But where, in the specification of data, does knowledge end and volition begin?
Anyone interested in politics must make this distinction in order to be able to understand or make use of planning. This book uncovers the multitude of inadvertent, accepted, unavoidable and intentional planning errors. Only those who know such possibilities and limits of planning do not run the risk of being seduced by planning into slavery instead of into the desired orderly development!

Ist Planung ein Weg in die Freiheit oder in die Sklaverei? Planung ist die Voraussetzung zukunftsbezogenen Handelns und somit auch die Voraussetzung für Politik. Ideen und Glauben werden heute immer häufiger durch planerische rationale Verknüpfung ersetzt.
Zum Beispiel setzen die immer üblicher werdenden Computersimulationen vorbestimmte Daten voraus oder erfordern die Bestimmung der Daten.
Wo endet aber bei der Datenvorgabe das Wissen und wo beginnt das Wollen? Diese Differenzierung muss jeder Politikinteressierte leisten, um Planung verstehen beziehungsweise nutzen zu können. Das Buch deckt die Vielzahl versehentlicher, akzeptierter, unvermeidarer und gewollter Planungsfehlrt auf. Nur wer solche Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von Planung kennt, läuft nicht Gefahr, durch Planung anstatt in die gewünschte geordnete Entwicklung in die Sklaverei verführt zu werden!
