The structures of globalisation show that economy and technology have become autonomous under the guiding value of a supposed freedom. How can they be more strongly embedded in a world that is also shaped by the new guiding values of the one world and a global consciousness? The 21st UN Climate Change Conference in Paris in December 2015 provided initial answers to this question.

At present, large technical and agricultural systems are deliberately reaching for the fields and markets of this world, without regard for millions of local smallholders.
The conflicts between indigenous and Western values are increasing. They are also evident in the North-South conflict. The conflict takes concrete form in the struggle over water, land and food.

These structures and consequences of globalisation are illustrated here with a wealth of empirical material. In conclusion, principles for a global regulatory authority are set out.
