The conference volume brings together 16 contributions presented at the Liberale Rechtstagung 2018 (7–9 December 2018) at the Theodor-Heuss-Akademie in Gummersbach. The conference was held under the overarching theme “Digitalisation – Legal Questions Surrounding the Digital Transformation of Society”.
