The rule of political Islam as a variant of totalitarianism proves to be incapable of reform.
This book documents texts written between 2003 and 2008. Indeed, the translations and analyses demonstrate that the “Islamic Republic of Iran” is incapable of reform. These texts were published by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) and Honestly Concerned. The anti-Israeli antisemitism, the gender-specific discrimination against Iranian women, and the immense human rights violations described and analysed during the aforementioned period continue to characterise the daily practice of the totalitarian dictatorship of the “Islamic Republic of Iran”.
